There is a much easier way to do this... use a stealth boy walk in the casino tell the guards no you're not giving up your weapons.. they'll turn around and ignore you right after.. walk over to benny slide a dynamite in his pocket and win mission over collect your chip and proceed to his room to talk to the bot before your stealth boy runs out. By the time you talk to the bot it runs out simply pop another or walk out and collect some free xp from killing the #$%@ty guards. Oh and btw doing it this way you collect Benny's gun "Maria" as well.
Also you skip that whole stupid ambush phase... SOOO much easier
