1. hack microsoft servers
2. privilage escalate to admin
3. locate ban list
4. download list
5. decode everything (probably will take a long a* time)
6. search your gt
7. delete your gt
8. upload new ban list
9. remove traces
10. hop on xbox live
11. probably be banned again for using previously banned account without suspension being lifted
