i keep doing this and succesfully getting the assasination but i dont get the acheivement, what am i doing wrong?

Hmm, make sure that you're doing it from a fall that will kill you indefinitely, so test the distance first to make sure it kills you. Then, also make sure you're not using any assistance armor abilities, like the speed boost. And like they say in the video, make sure that the distance that you fall is enough to kill you, it's a pretty weird exact science, good luck!

I have done this a thousand times from a height that would definitely kill me. Yet, still no achievement. Is this achievement glitched for people?

i did this about 30 times perfectly still no achivement.

I finally got the achievement after an hour heres the glitch I found. There is only one spot where you will always die from the fall (which is what you need for the achievement), to the right by a lone red plant/truck on its side. Anywhere towards the semi on the left I would always survive the fall nomatter when I turned off the sprint. So wait for the elite to be by the red plant then do the jump. Its messed up but might help some people.

I just got the achievement, after more than a couple dozen times successfully getting the assassination sequence. And every time I didn't either land on top of the Elite, melee him, or get the assassination sequence, I died. So every time I did the assassination sequence, it saved me from dieing.

I had read elsewhere that you need to be further behind the Elite, and when you do it correctly, you end up being partly hurt from the fall. But when it finally gave me the achievement, I was not hurt what so ever.

I have no idea what I did differently, if anything. I did turn off Sprint in mid air, but when I tried just jumping and leaving on sprint without attempting an assassination, I would die, so that may not have mattered. I did kill the Elite by the over turned truck to the right, but when I tried just jumping to the flatbed truck to the left, I would die, so I don't know if that mattered either. Maybe it's completely random.

i have tried hours on end trying to get this achievement and still nothing and its frustrating to get it because i have done everything right and still nothing so if anyone has some hints for me pls send them my way so i know how to do this
