How To: Earn the 'Steam Punk' achievement in Dead Island

If you've just been introduced to the suicide zombie in Dead Island, you're now able to unlock the 'Steam Punk' achievement which requires you to create a weapon with the shock or torch mod. The shock mod is available during the Black Hawn Down quest in the game.
