How to Find the Alien Blaster in Fallout: New Vegas - Wild Wasteland perk required

Looking for a weapon that will completely destroy your opponents in Fallout New Vegas? It has a limited rare ammo supply, but it does a total of 461 DPS, and it's called the Alien Blaster, the same as the one in Fallout 3!
