How to Find Chance's grave and get his knife and armor in Fallout: New Vegas on PC

If you had the chance to pick up the Collectors edition of Fallout: New Vegas, you received a beautiful hardcover graphic novel of some of the events leading up to your eventual stroke of bad luck.
