At some point in Fallout: New Vegas on the Xbox 360, you'll eventually find yourself in Hidden Valley, the secret location of the Brotherhood of Steel. After exploring their bunker, you may find yourself meeting with Knight Torres, the Quartermaster for the Brotherhood of Steel. She will tell you that she is missing a Laser Pistol from her last shipment and wants you to go look for it. Well, not just any old Laser Pistol will do, apparently— she wants something very specific. In this video, you will get the location of the missing Laser Pistol, which is located somewhere in Scorpion Gulch. Good luck!

Okay, so i've been through all of scorpion gully and still can't find this gun! wth!
If your still having trouble finding the gun, you might not have talked to everyone you need to before it appears. Try talking to the paladin at the gun range or one of the initiates in the classroom in the Hidden Valley Bunker.
I found it. You need to talk to Torres the Paladin sitting at the desk across from her and then the initiate in the classroom down the hall.
i have gone to talk to every person i could and i even went back to talk to stanton but there is nothing else to say to anybody there...i went to scorpion gulch for the pistol and i have looked everywhere for it! STILL cant find it! :( someone please help?! :( ty

Talk to Torres - the girl who gives you the quest. Next, talk to the guy at the gunnery range who's near Torres. Then go to the classroom and question the initiate (during the AM he wont be there at night) after you talk to him, he'll admit to losing the gun in the gulch. That trigger the gun to spawn.
