And They're Off: Time's crucial in this missions, so be careful. You've got a limited amount of time to complete this fairly challenging obstacle course. A series of waypoint show up one after the other, and you've got to run through all sixteen of them, quickly. The first four are on ground level, so you don't waste time climbing any buildings. The fifth waypoint will start you on an ascent up the side of a building, and from then on you can expect next bunch to require some careful platforming as you skirt the side of the building.
After hitting the seventh marker, turn left and jump off the ledge of the platform. Ezio will grab onto something hanging just off screen and swing around to the next series of stepping spots and their waypoints. You'll eventually have to climb up to the rooftops for a couple of waypoints. For more info, watch the whole gameplay.
