In this video you'll be going after the electric toilet that can only be found at Hubris Comics. It's a regular toilet but is wired to 35 microfusion cells. Try to drink from it and you'll lose some health thanks to a little shock. Now if you're repair skill is high enough, you can actually disarm the toilet and take the cells with you.
